Initial Consultation - 60 minutes - £250

• A deep dive into your health concerns. Lifestyle factors involved with any current problems will be fully explored, so that what’s important to you can be comprehensively addressed.

• A plan and any treatment options tailored to you will be considered.

• Tests can be carried out according to health concerns, which may incur extra charges.

• Your appointment will be followed by a comprehensive report of your results and an in-depth, personalised treatment plan.

• Access to a secure portal for storage of your results and health plans.

Follow up Consultation - 30 minutes - £150

• For Integrated/lifestyle medicine/health coaching follow up.

Follow up appointments to be decided by you, depending on progress. For lifestyle and health coaching, this should be at least 30 minutes to achieve meaningful progress, ideally 60 minutes.

TELEPHONE & EMAIL ADVICE

Telephone and email advice is likely to be charged when a significant amount of advice, treatment and organisation is involved.
